For years my husband and I searched for ocean property. Now that I’m an agent I
realize if we had worked with an agency we probably would have obtained a cottage sooner; plus I’m sure we missed out on some great properties.

My husband and I truly believe in investing in real estate. We built our first home back
in the early 80’s, we purchased a water front cottage with non-conforming issues, and
we own and run two apartment buildings. I’ve encountered many different situations
pertaining to owning real estate and I’m ready to help others.
